Woe to anyone who has to try to run their life this way. Imagine what a pleasant surprise it was to send an inquiry to your general e-mail and receive a prompt, friendly response from a human being. I dealt with one of your employees over the period of a week or so and, though it's hard to put a personality to an e-mail, I can say she was one of the friendliest people I've dealt with in a long time, let alone over the internet. What's more, she actually took ownership of the process and the customer, did not fob me off to other departments, and made sure everything went smoothly.
